Reminder Effect

Our latest study of users of sit/stand tables shows that you get up if you are reminded of it.

LINAK has in cooperation with agency /KL.7, conducted a study on the effect reminders have on individuals using sit/stand tables. The study was conducted over 3 studies and a total of 65 people. The survey showed that employees who would not normally stand at  their desk were using the sit/stand table 12 minutes more a day than before the study. Employees who did use their desk prior to the study increased their usage by 43 minutes a day.

You can read more about the study results, as well as the basis for the study in the following whitepapers.
