What is good and bad behaviour for LINAK employees?

Openness and honesty are core LINAK values. This means we require that our business methods are transparent and fair. This applies to our employees as well as to the business partners who act on our behalf.

At LINAK, we have a set of ethical guidelines that help us clarify our expectations to ourselves and our business partners. The guidelines set the standard for proper behaviour when representing LINAK.

  • We will neither make nor accept bribes
  • We will avoid conflicts between our personal interests and LINAK interests
  • We will only accept gifts that reflect common hospitality and only donate money to charity
  • We will not misrepresent ourselves, cheat, or violate others' confidence in order to gain an unfair or a dishonest advantage
  • We advocate for fair competition and will not use illegal or unethical methods to gain an advantage 

All employees and business partners are presented with these guidelines, and we expect them to live up to these in their work for LINAK.
