Strategic Business Unit Manager – Health & Care (Website)

LINAK-UK Ltd are seeking a confident sales  person with engineering knowledge to join our existing team selling a wide range of Electric Linear Actuator Systems to the Health and Care markets.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working very closely with all the internal and external team members the Strategic Business Unit Managers primary function will be to manage the Bed and Medical Sales business units in line with UK and group budget and strategies.

Responsibilities to include:

• Management of Bed and Medical Strategic Business Units
• Sales Budget Responsibility
• Strategy creation
• Marketing in cooperation with Marketing Manager
• Close cooperation with group Strategic Business Unit
• Responsible for output to specification and for implementing the Quality Assurance Procedures applicable to their activities

Capabilities to include:

• Strategic and Project Management Skills
• Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Solution Sales Skills
• Report Generating Skills
• Good Communication Skills

The ideal candidate will need to hold a degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering. Experience with Pneumatic or Hydraulic motion preferred but not essential.
